Resource Request Lists
The following lists were compiled from resource request in the 2007 Annual Program Reviews. Administrative Units, which have requests below, are asked download the document, fill in the blank portions of the list (providing faculty with feedback about their request), and file the document with their Administrative Unit Program Review due on September 1, 2007.
Please consider all of these lists DRAFTS. You may wish to refer to the original annual instructional program review documents for clarity (they are sorted by campus).
Since we were a bit smarter about faculty hiring requests and equipment requests and gave disciplines forms to fill in for those needs they are not included here but are directly linked to their annual instructional program review.
