David Viar was a facilitator on April 25th, as part of the Board of Trustees Annual
Planning Meeting, April 25 and 26, 2006 – listed under Board of Trustees
Evaluation, discussion on the development of a code of ethics by the Board of
Trustees, which is reflected on the minutes for that meeting. He attended a meeting
again and worked with the Board at a special Board meeting on May 31, 2005, same
listing of Board of Trustees Evaluation, continued discussion and development
of a code of ethics by the Board of Trustees. David Viar’s title is listed
as Chief Executive Officer, Community College League of California, Facilitator.
At the June 21, 2005 meeting, under Business from Board Members, the Board
of Trustees accepted the new Board of Trustees Standards of Good Practice Policy
and Regulations 1045 for first reading, and at the August 23, 2006 regular Board
meeting, the same policy and regulations were approved.
