A Guide to Services Available
This is a draft web page. It should NOT be considered an accurate reflection of structure, services or personnel responsibilities. It has been created as a demonstration document.

Within the Riverside Community College District research, reporting and management of various types of data are the responsibility of several different offices:

Title V

Information Services

Institutional Effectiveness

These offices work collaboratively to serve the information needs of the district and its member campuses. Using the table below, please find the type of research closest to your data or research need and contact that person first.

We recommend placing a request via e-mail, or following up your phone request with an e-mail confirmation. (Download the Request Form). When placing a request please clarify the question to the best of your ability and note the due date. You will be notified of the timeframe for processing your request. Be sure to allow a minimum of two weeks advance notice when possible. Timelines may be significantly longer for complex projects. Some requests may be delegated to a more appropriate person or office.

Common institutional information is available online through the State Chancellor's Office Data Mart. Local labor information can be found at the California Labor Market Data for Riverside County.
